  2. Locate Your Tracking Number: Open the email to find your carrier name (such as USPS, UPS, or Amazon Logistics) and your dedicated tracking number.
  3. Click the Tracking Link: Click the direct link inside the email, or copy and paste your tracking number into the carrier's official tracking portal to see real-time updates on your package's transit progress.

Fulfillment & Delivery Expectations

  • Fulfillment Origin: Customer orders are fulfilled via U.S. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) centers and dispatched from regional warehousing facilities across the United States.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
  • Transit Time: Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from the date of order placement.

Tracking Status Help & FAQs

Why hasn't my tracking status updated yet?

When a shipping label is initially generated at the fulfillment center, carriers may require 24 to 48 hours to scan the parcel into their tracking network. If your tracking states "Label Created" or "In Transit to Facility," please allow up to 48 hours for transit scans to appear.

My tracking shows "Delivered," but I cannot find my package.

If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  • Check around your porch, building entryway, parcel locker, or side door.
  • Check with neighbors or household members to confirm whether someone brought it inside on your behalf.
  • Allow an additional 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark an item delivered shortly before physical drop-off.
  • If your package has still not arrived after 24 hours, please contact our support team immediately so we can assist you with a carrier trace or replacement.
