SHIPPING POLICY

Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations:
To ensure dependable, fast nationwide shipping, all customer orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics via U.S. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) warehousing centers. Orders are packaged and dispatched from regional fulfillment centers across the United States. 

Our registered office at 10422 Tank House Drive, Stockton, CA 95209 serves strictly as our administrative headquarters and mailing address; it is not a public retail location or direct ship-from warehouse.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to physical street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Order Processing & Delivery Times:
• Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Standard Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days via standard domestic carrier service.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from order placement.

Order Tracking:
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number. You can also track your package on our website's Track Your Order page.
