REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At AI Master LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
• The tumbler must be in its original, unused condition, clean and free of liquid or tea residue.
• It must include all original components (tumbler body, 2-piece infuser basket, lid, and packaging).
• Proof of purchase or your original order number is required.

How to Start a Return:
1. Contact us at business@hussainmuhammad.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our customer service team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific return warehouse address instructions.
3. Items sent back to our Stockton administrative office without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees:
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label or issue a full replacement at no cost to you.
• Customer Preference / Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing trackable return postage with a major carrier.
• Restocking Fee: AI Master LLC charges $0 restocking fees.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
