Mandatory Machine Washing & Heat Prohibition

Do NOT place the bamboo tumbler body or cap into an automated dishwasher, microwave, conventional oven, or freezer. The exterior casing is crafted from genuine natural wood. Extreme dishwasher heat, steam cycles, and standing water submersion cause the bamboo fibers to expand, crack, and separate, which compromises the vacuum seal and voids your 1-Year Limited Store Warranty.

1. First-Time Setup & Initial Sanitizing

Before your first cup of tea or coffee, complete this 4-step preparation protocol to sanitize the inner steel chamber:

1
Disassemble Parts

Unscrew the bamboo cap. Pull the steel infuser upward by its folding handle, and confirm the silicone seal is seated evenly in the lid channel.

2
Warm Soapy Wash

Add warm tap water and a small amount of mild dish soap to the cylinder. Wash the inner walls using a soft bottle brush or sponge.

3
Rinse & Immediate Dry

Rinse the interior thoroughly. If tap water splashes on the bamboo exterior, wipe it dry immediately with a clean microfiber towel.

4
Complete Air-Dry

Allow all parts to air-dry completely with the lid off in an upright position before reassembling or capping for storage.

2. Daily Component-by-Component Care

Tumbler Body & Steel Core

Hand wash only. Fill the interior cylinder with warm soapy water and clean with a soft brush. Keep direct running water away from the exterior bamboo, and dry thoroughly after rinsing.

1-Piece 304 Tea Infuser

Discard steeped leaves directly into compost or trash. The 1-piece stainless steel strainer is top-rack dishwasher safe or can be rinsed under warm running tap water.

Bamboo Cap & Carry Ring

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse only the threaded underside without soaking the wooden cap disc. Dry the integrated stainless handle and bamboo wood immediately.

Silicone Sealing Ring

Once weekly, gently ease the food-grade silicone ring out from the lid channel using clean fingertips. Wash in warm soapy water, dry thoroughly, and reseat flat to maintain a leakproof seal.

3. Approved Practices vs. Prohibited Actions

Required Care Practice (✔) Prohibited Action (✖)
✔ Hand Wash Only
Clean the bottle body and lid manually with warm water and mild liquid soap.
✖ Automated Dishwashers
Never machine wash the bottle body or bamboo lid. Steam degrades the wood structure.
✔ Immediate Towel Drying
Wipe the exterior bamboo casing with a dry towel immediately after rinsing.
✖ Standing Water Soaking
Do not submerge the tumbler in a sink or leave it resting in wet basins.
✔ Store with Cap Detached
Keep cap off during storage to allow air circulation and avoid trapped moisture.
✖ Microwave & Oven Heat
Stainless steel cannot be placed in microwaves or ovens due to severe fire risk.
✔ Occasional Conditioning
Lightly buff food-grade mineral oil onto the bamboo exterior twice a year.
✖ Freezer Storage
Liquid expansion during freezing permanently warps the inner vacuum walls.

4. Stain Removal & Descaling Protocols

Method A: White Vinegar Soak (Mineral Scale & Water Hardness)
Mix equal parts warm water and distilled white vinegar inside the chamber (fill to 80% capacity). Let soak for 25–30 minutes with the lid completely off. Brush interior walls gently with a soft nylon brush, rinse 3 to 4 times with warm water, and towel dry the exterior bamboo immediately.
Method B: Baking Soda Paste (Dark Tea & Coffee Tannin Stains)
Combine 1 tablespoon of baking soda with a few drops of warm water to form a smooth paste. Apply directly to interior tea stains with a soft cloth. Let sit for 15 minutes to lift surface tannins, wipe clean in circular motions, rinse thoroughly, and dry the bamboo shell.

5. Temperature Retention Optimization

Pre-Heating for Hot Beverages (12 Hours)

Pour boiling water into the flask and let stand for 60 seconds. Discard the water immediately before adding hot tea or coffee to prime the inner steel walls against heat absorption.

Pre-Chilling for Cold Drinks (24 Hours)

Swirl ice water inside the chamber for 60 seconds prior to filling with iced tea or cold brew. This locks in low temperatures without creating exterior condensation.

6. Warranty Coverage & Customer Support

1-Year Limited Store Warranty: AI Master LLC guarantees the double-wall vacuum insulation and sealing components against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Normal cosmetic wear, drops, or cracking from dishwashers and water submersion are excluded.
