5. Order Cancellations, Transit Damages & Lost Shipments

Once an order is locked for picking, it cannot be intercepted and must follow our standard 30-day return procedure upon arrival.
If your package arrives with physical exterior or interior damage, contact support within 48 to 72 hours of confirmed delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and defective item. AI Master LLC will dispatch an immediate, complimentary replacement at $0.00 cost to you.
If an active tracking number exhibits no carrier milestone updates or physical scans for 7 consecutive business days past the expected delivery window, AI Master LLC will declare the shipment lost in transit and immediately dispatch a priority replacement or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
