Administrative Office Disclosure
AI Master LLC is legally registered at 10422 Tank House Drive, Stockton, CA 95209-4338. Explicitly, this location serves as an administrative office and is NOT open to the public as a walk-in retail storefront. Inventory orders do NOT ship from this address, and unauthorized physical customer returns dropped off in-person are strictly prohibited.
1. General Agreement & Business Entity
By placing an order on the storefront, customers engage in a commercial transaction with AI Master LLC (California Limited Liability Company, Entity # B20260165948), founded in April 2026 by Hussain Muhammad. This document defines the universally applied terms regarding material specifications, order fulfillment, commercial liability, and consumer returns.
2. Product Authenticity & Sourcing Transparency
We partner with a third-party manufacturing facility to produce our tumblers using food-grade materials (including 304 stainless steel and natural bamboo). While we rely on production partner rather than physical factory ownership, we never outsource our accountability to you: AI Master LLC assumes 100% commercial, legal, quality control, customer care, and warranty liability for every unit delivered.
Functional Purpose Disclaimer
The drinkware provided is intended strictly as a functional, durable beverage vessel for hydration and brewing. Zero claims are made regarding health benefits, detoxing, weight loss, or therapeutic remedies related to the tumbler or tea consumption.
Material Specifications
- Core Interior: Food-grade 304 Stainless Steel (stamped SUS 304 on base/interior).
- Exterior Shell: 100% genuine natural organic bamboo wood casing.
- Infuser: 1-piece food-grade 304 stainless steel tea strainer.
- Gasket: Food-grade silicone leakproof seal.

- • Place stainless steel strainer basket in top-rack dishwasher.
- ✕ No dishwashers for the bamboo body or lid.
- ✕ No microwaves or freezers (voids vacuum seal).

3. Transparent Billing & Sales Tax
All prices and transactions on the storefront are strictly processed in United States Dollars (USD $). There are zero hidden administrative fees added at checkout.
- Accepted Payment Gateways: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We ship exclusively within the United States. Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address.
4. Logistics, Fulfillment & Transit
To ensure rapid nationwide delivery, active inventory is held 100% domestically. Orders are fulfilled directly via regional U.S. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) warehouse centers. Orders are routed to the nearest available facility and dispatched using major domestic logistics carriers (Amazon Logistics, USPS, UPS, or FedEx) in secure, plain, unbranded packaging.

Order Cut-Off Time: The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM PST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends process the next business day.
5. Returns, Damages & Cancellations
Because systems automatically route orders to national warehouses for rapid dispatch, cancellations or address changes must be requested within 30 minutes of placement via email with the subject "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Order #]". Once fulfillment locking occurs, the standard return protocol applies.
Customers may initiate a return within 30 days of the confirmed carrier delivery date. Returned items must remain unused, unaltered, and enclosed in original packaging with all original components. A strict $0.00 restocking fee is enforced.
Damage Claims: If an item arrives damaged, contact Direct Customer Support within 48–72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to secure an immediate, no-cost replacement.
Initiate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Email Direct Customer Support at business@hussainmuhammad.com with the Order Number to receive an official RMA number and the designated U.S. returns warehouse address. Returns are processed by mail/courier only (no in-person drop-offs).
Return Postage Assessment
For standard change-of-mind or customer remorse, the customer assumes responsibility for purchasing actual return shipping postage. If the item is verifiably defective or damaged on arrival, AI Master LLC supplies a 100% prepaid return shipping label ($0 cost).
Warehouse Inspection & Refund Posting
Upon receipt at the designated warehouse, items undergo a 1–2 business day inspection. Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
1-Year Limited Store Warranty
1-Year Limited Store Warranty explicitly covers verified factory defects—specifically encompassing vacuum insulation failure and defective cap threading. This limited warranty strictly excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage from drops, and degradation caused by improper care (such as dishwashing the organic bamboo housing).
