1. How to Retrieve Your Live Delivery Status
When your package leaves our regional Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) warehouse, tracking updates become available through two direct methods:
Within 24 hours of package departure from our domestic fulfillment center, an automated email is sent to the address entered at checkout. This email includes your carrier tracking code and a direct link to the carrier’s live tracking page.
You can sign in to your customer account to view your order history, fulfillment status, and live carrier tracking details.

All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Amazon stores our inventory and dispatches your package directly from their domestic fulfillment centers.
To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your address, Amazon MCF automatically selects the most efficient shipping route. This means your package will be delivered either by Amazon's internal delivery fleet (Amazon Logistics) or handed off to one of their major partner carriers, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
How to track your order:
Check your shipment confirmation email to identify which carrier Amazon assigned to your package. Once you have your tracking number, select the matching carrier portal below:
Amazon Logistics (TBA Tracking): If your tracking number begins with "TBA," Amazon is delivering your package directly. Click the Track on Swiship button.
USPS, UPS, or FedEx: If your package was routed through a partner carrier, click the corresponding button below and enter your standard tracking number.
3. Understanding Your Shipment Milestones
Your package progresses through distinct logistical checkpoints from warehouse assignment to home arrival:

AI Master LLC takes full responsibility for products while in transit. If unexpected carrier issues occur, our guarantees apply:
If your tumbler arrives with shipping damage, email business@hussainmuhammad.com within 48 to 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged box and product. AI Master LLC will issue an immediate, complimentary replacement at $0.00 cost to you.
If an active tracking code exhibits zero carrier scans for 7 consecutive business days past the expected arrival window, we declare the package lost in transit. AI Master LLC will dispatch an expedited replacement or issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.
AI Master LLC is a California Limited Liability Company (Entity # B20260165948) with legal administrative office at 10422 Tank House Drive, Stockton, CA 95209-4338. Please note that this location serves strictly as an administrative office and is not open to the general public as a walk-in retail store. Physical products do not ship from this location, and unauthorized customer returns sent here are not accepted. Orders are fulfilled across the domestic United States via regional Amazon MCF warehouse centers.
