• Unused & Unwashed Condition: For hygiene and food-safety reasons on drinkware, a standard return (where the item did not arrive damaged or defective) must be unused, unwashed, free of beverage odors or stains, and in the same new condition in which you received it.
• Original Packaging & All 3 Included Parts: Your return package must include the original protective packaging and all 3 original parts that arrived in the box:

Items Not Eligible for Standard Change-of-Mind Returns: Bottles that have been used, washed in a dishwasher, soaked in water, dropped, or modified by the customer after delivery cannot be returned as a change-of-mind return. Step 2 — Receive Your RMA & Return Instructions (Within 24–48 Business Hours): We respond to all requests within 24–48 business hours with your official RMA number and the designated U.S. return facility address (plus a free prepaid return shipping label if your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect).
3. Step 3 — Pack All 3 Parts Securely: Place the unused 15oz bamboo bottle, the 1-piece stainless steel tea strainer, and the screw-on bamboo lid inside the original packaging, write your RMA number on the return slip, and ship the package using the prepaid label (for defective items) or a trackable U.S. carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx for buyer's remorse returns).

7. Order Cancellations & 1-Year Limited Store Warranty Protection

Canceling an Order Before Shipment: Because orders placed before 5:00 PM PT (Monday – Friday) are routed rapidly to our U.S. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) warehouses in California, Texas, and New Jersey for 1–2 business day handling, please email business@hussainmuhammad.com or call (209) 898-1179 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or update your shipping address. If the warehouse has not yet dispatched your package, we will cancel the order immediately and refund 100% of your payment (including any sales tax paid). If the package has already shipped, you may simply return the unused bottle within 30 days of delivery under this policy.

Protection Beyond 30 Days (1-Year Limited Store Warranty): In addition to our 30-day return policy, every bottle purchased on https://hussainmuhammad.com is covered by our 1-Year Limited Store Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship across all 3 parts (including the 304 stainless steel interior liner, bamboo exterior bonding, 1-piece SUS 304 tea strainer, and screw-on bamboo lid/silicone seal) under normal household hand-wash use.
