Where do you ship?
We currently ship to physical street addresses throughout the 48 contiguous United States.
How are orders fulfilled and shipped?
To ensure fast and reliable nationwide delivery, our orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics via U.S. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) centers. Items are dispatched from regional warehouses directly to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard carrier delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days (4 to 7 business days total from order placement).
How do I track my package?
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier link. You can also monitor your delivery on our Track Your Order page.
Product Care & Usage
How do I use the 2-piece infuser basket?
For loose-leaf tea, place leaves inside the mesh basket, twist the top strainer shut, and insert it into the tumbler before pouring hot water. For fruit infusion or tea bags, place ingredients directly into the tumbler and snap the top strainer in place to act as a pour filter.
Is the tumbler dishwasher safe?
The stainless steel interior and infuser basket can be rinsed easily, but the exterior natural bamboo body and lid must be hand-washed only. Do not place the tumbler in an automatic dishwasher or soak it in water, as high heat and excess moisture can warp or crack natural bamboo.
Can I microwave the tumbler?
No. The tumbler contains high-grade stainless steel and must never be placed in a microwave oven.
