AI Master LLC stands behind the design, durability, and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on our Bamboo Stainless Steel Tea Infuser Tumbler, valid from the original delivery date to the original purchaser.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, everyday consumer use, including:
- Failure of thermal vacuum insulation (loss of temperature retention).
- Flaws or structural defects in the stainless steel interior body or infuser basket.
- Defective lid seals or threading issues present upon delivery.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Natural cosmetic variations, surface scratches, or discoloration to the natural bamboo exterior resulting from normal daily wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper care or cleaning (e.g., placing natural bamboo in an automatic dishwasher, prolonged submerging in water, or harsh abrasive cleaners).
- Accidental drops, dents, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or commercial usage.
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced components (such as the infuser mesh or silicone gasket).
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim under warranty, follow these steps:

- Provide your full name, original order number, and a detailed description of the defect.
- Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.
If verified as a defect covered under this warranty, AI Master LLC will, at our discretion, provide replacement parts, issue a full product replacement, or offer a store refund.
