When you place an order, the fulfillment system automatically routes your shipment to the warehouse facility closest to your delivery address.

5. Packages Damaged in Transit, Missing Parts, or Lost by Carrier (72-Hour Rule)

AI Master LLC takes full responsibility for your order until it arrives safely in your hands:

• Damaged or Defective Upon Delivery (Report Within 72 Hours of Delivery): If your bottle arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is missing any of the 3 parts, please email business@hussainmuhammad.com or call (209) 898-1179 within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will provide a free prepaid return shipping label ($0.00 cost to you) and your choice of either:
  • A free brand-new replacement shipped at $0.00 cost; OR
  • A full 100% refund of the $18.18 USD purchase price plus any sales tax you paid.
• Delayed or Lost Packages in Transit: If your tracking link shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your package has not arrived within 7 business days of your order date, please contact us at business@hussainmuhammad.com. We will immediately open a warehouse carrier trace and, if the package is confirmed lost in transit, send a free replacement or issue a full refund (including any sales tax paid) at your preference.
• Important Return Address Rule (RMA Required): If you ever need to return an item under our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy (30-day returns on unused items in original packaging with all 3 parts; $0.00 restocking fee; original shipping is free, so there is nothing to refund), please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and our designated U.S. return facility address.
