• 30-Day Returns on Unused Items ($0.00 Restocking Fee): Under our Return & Refund Policy, you may return any unused, unwashed bottle in its original packaging with all 3 parts within 30 calendar days of delivery with a $0.00 restocking fee.
• Original Shipping Cost Rule: Original shipping is free ($0.00 USD), so there is nothing to refund and no outbound shipping cost is ever deducted from your refund.
• Damaged or Defective Items (Report Within 72 Hours of Delivery): If your bottle arrives damaged in transit, defective, or missing any of the 3 parts, email business@hussainmuhammad.com within 72 hours of delivery. We provide a free prepaid return shipping label ($0.00 cost) and your choice of a free replacement or a full 100% refund of the $18.18 USD purchase price plus any sales tax you paid.
• Credited Back to Original Payment Method: Approved refunds (including the $18.18 USD purchase price plus any sales tax you paid) are processed within 3–5 business days of return receipt and credited strictly back to the original payment method used at checkout (whether via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Buy with Prime / Amazon Pay). Once issued, refunds typically post to your account statement within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
